Carousel with 32/64 stations

The number of molds is selected individually, based on the required productivity and the customer’s available space.

Ensures uniform application of release agent to the working surface of the molds.
Pouring robot

Manufactured on CNC machines from D16T aluminum or epoxy resins, depending on the customer’s requirements.
High-pressure dosing machine (Foaming machine)

The model is selected depending on the weight of the final product (PC-40 / PC-60 / PC-90 / PC-130).
Chillers

The number and capacity are selected according to the specific requirements.
Compressors

Provide air supply for the air cushions on the mold carriers.
Slip ring

For supplying power to compressors and chillers on the moving carousel.
Additional equipment (optional)

— Raw material storage — tanks with a capacity of 3, 5, or 10 tons with automatic feeding to the foaming machine.
— System house — a unit for polyol production.
— Chillers for raw material storage — maintaining the optimal storage temperature of raw materials.
