The mold for polyurethane foam pouring is one of the key elements in the production of polyurethane foam products. It is responsible for the accuracy of geometry, surface quality and durability of finished products. The design and execution of the mold directly affect on the characteristics of the product, making it the basis for a perfect result.

STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MOLDS

To launch the project, we will need a drawing of your product or an existing prototype if you plan to reproduce a previously implemented product.

TECHNICAL CONSULTATION

At this stage, online or offline meetings are held, during which we discuss the details of the use of the finished product, the possibilities of implementing the project and make preliminary economic calculations. If you encounter polyurethane foam technologies for the first time, we will definitely tell you about the characteristics of the components, their differences, as well as provide examples of our work, which can be found live. We will also test the components so that you can observe the chemical process of interaction between components A and B.

PRODUCTION OF A MASTER MODEL (PROTOTYPE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT)

To create a mold from compounds, a model is required - a physical object that takes into account the shrinkage of the PU and exactly corresponds to the texture of the future product. This is the basis for accurate and high-quality production, where every detail matters.

MOLD PRODUCTION

At this stage, the mold manufacturing process takes place, usually it takes from 2 to 3 weeks. After that, we carry out a test casting to make sure of the quality of the mold.

MASS PRODUCTION

Upon completion of the mold development, we can offer further cooperation. Our team of experienced operators will fill polyurethane foam products in the required amount with strict product quality control in accordance with your requirements.
