1989
PC "Polymer-Complex" was founded by a group of specialists with over twenty years of experience in designing and manufacturing equipment for polyurethane foam processing. The company quickly established itself in the market by offering high-pressure machines for PU foam processing that match foreign counterparts in quality while being several times more cost-effective.
1990
The company designed its first production line for pre-insulated polyurethane foam pipes.
1993
A workshop for polyurethane foam molding was built in the Kur’yanovo industrial zone in the southeast of Moscow, in the Pechatniki district. This made PC "Polymer-Complex" the only company in Russia that both manufactures PU foam dosing equipment and uses it for producing PU foam products, giving a significant advantage in the development of new equipment.
1995
The first automatic conveyor was created, which is still successfully operating at the AVTOVAZ plant.
1999
The company’s supply geography expanded to all regions of Russia and the CIS countries.
2000
The company celebrated the production of its 400th high-pressure dosing machine.
2001
Construction was completed on the building at 18A Likhoborskaya Embankment in Moscow, which now houses the dosing machine production facility and the company’s headquarters.
2005
The company reached a new milestone — 700 dosing machines have been manufactured since its founding.
2006
The first L-shaped mixing head in Russia was manufactured, for which an authorship certificate was obtained. Another PU foam product manufacturing site was established in the village of Nogovo, Klin district.
2010
The company switched to using color controllers for dosing machines.
2011
The 1,300th dosing machine was manufactured.
2012
Modernization of the dosing machine lineup: all machines were equipped with frequency converters, allowing automated adjustment of component ratios without manual pump tuning.
2015
The first CNC milling machines were purchased, and production of aluminum molds was launched.
2016
After participating in the "POLYURETANEX" exhibition, a new division — LLC "Polymer-Group" — was established for the production of orthopedic pillows. Equipment deliveries to Turkey and Azerbaijan were launched.
2019
Expansion of equipment supply geography. Projects were launched in Morocco, Spain, and Poland.
2020
The supply geography expanded to include Hungary, Cyprus, and Portugal. The company participated in international exhibitions in Spain and Cyprus.
2021
The company reached a milestone — producing 2,000 high-pressure dosing machines.
2022
The company received a site in southeast Moscow from the Moscow Government, where construction began on a new complex with a total area of 5,500 square meters.
For the first time, a polyol mixing unit was developed, which immediately gained high demand among companies engaged in pipe insulation and sandwich panel production.

2023
The first Russian unit for PPM insulation casting was developed. PC "Polymer-Complex" participated in the MEFPU exhibition (Dubai). A production facility was opened in the UAE (Sharjah), which enabled the supply of 10 machines to the Middle East, including Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, as well as India.
2024
A fundamentally new dosing machine was developed for processing PU foam systems with graphite additives. This year, our company participated for the first time in an exhibition in Pakistan.
