Equipment for the production of SIPs and PU foam sandwich panels using the discontinuous method

Our lines for the production of SIPs and polyurethane foam (PU) sandwich panels are semi-automatic equipment that enables fast and efficient manufacturing of panels in various sizes.
The equipment is distinguished by high reliability, ease of operation, and advanced technology. Our lines are exported to Europe, the CIS, and the Middle East, and are also successfully used in the domestic market.

Any sizes and high production efficiency
Small-size SIPs or sandwich panels
Using PC-40/90/130 foaming machines, panels can be poured into thickness-adjustable molds ranging from 80 to 200 mm.
The molds consist of a matrix and a punch, which are opened manually. Required elements, such as metal sheets or OSB boards, are placed inside the mold.
This type of mold is considered entry-level and is ideal for producing small batches of parts. Its simplicity and affordability make it an excellent solution for startups or limited production volumes.

Sandwich panel production on multi-level presses (DISCONTINUOUS METHOD)
The next step in sandwich panel production development is the transition to multi-level hydraulic presses. We offer presses with up to 6 levels, equipped with electric heat-transfer fluid heating, enabling industrial-scale production of SIPs and sandwich panels.
Each press level allows for pouring one or several panels of different sizes. The press structure, made of rigid steel beams, guarantees reliability, while the plates, manufactured on heavy CNC milling machines, ensure flawless surface quality.
