CONFIGURATION
Basic configuration

Pneumatic pumps for transferring components from supplier barrels/IBCs into the tanks of the high-pressure dosing machine - Tanks with a capacity of 0.33 m³, 0.63 m³, or 1 m³ (depending on machine capacity), equipped with water jackets for component temperature control and a visual level gauge. They can be installed on the dosing machine frame or placed nearby (as agreed with the customer).
- Electrical cabinet with a control system equipped with a Delta controller
- Stirrer on the component A tank
- Temperature sensors and adjustable safety valves
- Axial piston pumps combined with electric motors, with optional use of magnetic couplings
- Frequency converters allowing adjustment of each pump’s capacity and the component ratio
- Filters with a drain valve for removing filtered particles
- Hydraulic station with a hydraulic accumulator for controlling the hydraulic cylinder in the mixing head and shut-off valves for switching between small and large circulation circuits. The pressure is set automatically within the range of 90–180 atm.
- Control via touchscreen with 60 programs. Optimal control of level, temperature, and pressure with built-in protection. “Weekend mode” for efficient component circulation. Input of pipe data: steel pipe diameter, casing (GI/PE) diameter and length, with automatic material consumption calculation. Reliable data storage and transfer to a USB drive.
- Single-cylinder or dual-cylinder (L-shaped) dispensing head.
- Rotating boom with a length of 2.2–4 m, operating angle – 270°.
